KGN FABRICATION SERVICES

HI-TECH TOOLING

Our T-Drill machinery collars steel tubing and forms flanges directly without the need for welding. The Rotary Index Laser Cutter automatically cuts stainless steel tube, angle, box section and plate to exact size. The HD Series Press Brake delivers 170 tonnes pressure to fold up to 3 m lengths of stainless steel plate.

The Orbimatic automated, water cooled orbital welder head is capable of welding 15mm – 100mm stainless steel pipe in a continuous process.

STAINLESS STEEL

Stainless steel offers increased longevity and technical superiority.

Our in-house ability for stainless steel fabrication eliminates third party supply and transportation, providing a competitive edge.

Stainless steel is recognised as the preferred option for pipe networks and 304 and 316L stainless steel is used as standard in all KGN booster sets.We fabricate stainless steel for a variety of applications, such as manifolds, buffer vessels, dosing pots, handrails, walkways and security cages. We even have our own range of motorsport equipment for use in race team pit garages.

ALUMINIUM

Aluminium can be a better choice over steel for many fabricated products.It is lighter, rigid in box section and often a cost effective alternative.

KGN’s recent investment in AC/DC TIG welding equipment provides more scope for our fabrication services.

Our Motorsport Equipment range includes Tyre Warmer Racks, Wheel Trolleys, Oil & Fuel Drum Stands, Pit Light Hoods and Bike Benches
